Steps to Setting Up Your Account
1. Go to this link to create your account (this must be the name of the person who signed the contract with us).
2. On Step 1, enter your name and email, then click “Next” at the bottom of the page.
3. On Step 2, enter a username and password and fill out the password questions, then click “Next” at the bottom of the page.
4. On Step 3, enter your name, date of birth, and last four digits of the Social Security number to confirm the client record you are accessing, then click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
PLEASE NOTE: If the information you entered on Step 3 matches the client’s information you will see the client information screen. If the information doesn’t match OnPulse will be notified and will connect the record for you.
